Truffle Dinner

On Wednesday 12 August, we'll be hosting a one-night-only celebration of truffle season with a carefully curated four-course degustation menu, created to showcase the exceptional black truffles of the Yarra Valley.

Each course has been thoughtfully designed to let the truffle shine while celebrating the very best produce winter has to offer. From the first bite to the last, this is a menu that captures the richness, warmth and generosity of the season.

To complete the experience, we've created an optional matched wine experience featuring a selection of our favourite Australian producers alongside iconic European wines. Each wine has been chosen to complement and elevate the flavours of every course, making for a truly memorable evening at the table.

This is the first dinner of its kind we've hosted at Cognoscenti, and we're excited to share it with you.
